Hi Rosie, You certainly have been busy. The web sites are very easy to navigate. You are very generous with specials, thank you. Congratulations on your new ‘daughter’. I must admit you surprised me there..for some reason, I thought your family would be school age and not ready to start their own family. Lovely photo of you all. I hope they will be very happy together. I wish you a very Happy Christmas and every blessing for the coming year.

    • Thanks Cherrylmaree, it’s great to hear your feedback on my websites. Yes, both my kids were in school when I started with RDCP but time certainly flies and my youngest has now just finished her first year at uni. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas too and I look forward to hearing from you in the new year.

Hi Rosie, Just wanted to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. What a nice surprise to hear your family is growing. I also thought your children where younger….I miss making doll clothes my granddaughters out grew their dolls………so I making tote bags and purses.. it’s a challenge. I do keep looking at your web site to see what’s new…Thanks for the great years to my doll sewing could not have done it with out YOU………

    • Thanks Betty Ann, it’s great to hear that you are still sewing, even if it’s not doll clothes. Yes, my kids are all grown up now but although Brodie has flown the coop, I’m hoping that Alyssa will hang around for a little while yet. Please keep in touch and best wishes to you and your family 🙂

Wishing you and your family a Very Merry Christmas!! Congrats to your son and his new wife. May they have a lifetime full of blessings and happiness! Prayers that you get your a/c fixed quickly. I couldn’t live in that heat without an A/C!!! God bless you and your family!

    • Thank you for your kind wishes and I will pass on your congrats and blessings to Brodie and Shelley. Yes, the air-conditioner was fixed on Friday afternoon….I can’t thank those guys enough for working up until the last minute to ensure we have some relief from the heat. Wishing you a wonderful Christmas with your family and I look forward to hearing from you again in 2017 🙂

  7. Enjoyed reading your blog highlights! God Bless you and your family. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I plan to get active with my grand-daughter in sewing around May 2017 after I complete my biblical academic project. I’m thinking of gifting her with her own sewing machine. What machine would you recommend? She will be 11 years old in March??? Thanks a lot…

    • Hi Gloria, thank you for your kind wishes. I think it would be wonderful for your granddaughter to receive her very own sewing machine and I’m sure you will have lots of special times with her teaching her how to sew.
I can’t recommend any one type of machine but I do suggest you make it a ‘real’ one as I don’t believe those toy ones are just not worth the trouble. I have had people tell me that the Janome Hello Kitty Sewing machines are very good and reliable but I think any machine that doesn’t have too many bells and whistles and feels solid would be good as you don’t want to overwhelm her with 1000 fancy stitches. I have written a blog on What to Look for When Purchasing a Sewing Machine that you may find helpful. Merry Christmas 🙂
If anyone else has recommendations please share them with Gloria.

Congratulations to your son and daughter-in-law. My son also got married this year to a very nice young lady. I’d rather have it hot than cold. We had a lot of snow and today it warmed up and it all melted.
